Sid Philips is the main antagonist of Toy Story, and cameo character in Toy Story 3. He is Andy's evil neighbor who tortures toys instead of playing them nice until he learned that the toys are alive, which gave him to a fright that he vowed to change his ways.
He is voiced by Erik Von Detten.
