Toy Story Signature Collection
The Toy Story Signature Collection (Originally called Toy Story Collection until 2012) is a line of replica Toy Story toys produced by Thinkway Toys. Initially launched in August 2009 to coincide with the coming release of Toy Story 3, the line focused on notable characters from the first two films. One of the biggest selling points is the use of Pixar's original digital data from Toy Story, Toy Story 2, Toy Story 3, and later Toy Story 4, to create the toys, and the movie-inspired packaging they are sold in.
After slowing down considerably after the second wave and taking a long hiatus from 2012 to 2017 (with the exception of the 2015 20th-anniversary re-releases), the line began to arrive back in stores with a focus on the franchise's main characters…
Thinkway Reimagine Toys
Thinkway Toys is a Canadian-based toy company known for creating most of the tie-in toys for Pixar films. Being Pixar's main collaborator, Thinkway made toys for films such as Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Monsters Inc., and WALL-E. The company also made toys for Disney, Universal and Warner Brothers, with some toys being made for franchises such as Despicable Me and Star Wars. Their last line of toys was for Luck in 2022. Thinkway had produced the first Woody and Buzz Lightyear toys. On February 2025, Thinkway Toys will be soon relaunched as "Thinkway Reimagine Toys" (see here).
