Al McWhiggin is the overarching antagonist of Toy Story 2. He is a greedy toy collector, and the owner of Al's Toy Barn who plans to sell Woody, and his Roundup Gang to the Konishi Toy Museum in Tokyo, Japan in order to be rich.
He is voiced by Wayne Knight.
